Easter Nails

Easter egg colors of course. I picked all my pastel, springy, Easter-y colors for my eggy nails.  A spring flower stamp and pastel rhinestones in the center of each flower finished it off.

China Glaze Tree Hugger
China Glaze Secret Peri-Wink-le

After the first day, I decided flowers on every nail was necessary. I liked that much better.

Blocky Konad

Something shiny and edgy.  I didn't care for this design on the image plate and avoided it for a while, but I really liked it on the nail.

But after a day, I got bored and did an accent nail.

Polka Dots!

I LOVE the polka dot nails I am seeing so much of lately. So many cool ones. One of my favorites is I saw here. I really liked her color scheme and figured I would copy cat it. But I realized I had NONE of those colors, so I did a more spring seasoned color mix with a more translucent feel.

First hand I tried to do the rows in  straight lines.  The second hand was harder doing with my left hand so I tried randomly placing the dots. I don't know which I like better.

At first I thought I hated it for being too busy, then it really grew on me.

Simple Konad

Saw this Konad design on Konad Covered Nails blog.  This was an image I owned that never interested me, but it looked nice done in the simple way shown on this blog.

St. Patty's Spirit

After yesterday's quick removal of the green mani, I opted for something more simple with less of the Mint Sprint to overpower.

NK Swan for the French tip.

Green Week

Wanted to something green for Shamrock Day. But I didn't really have a good shamrock green. Or any shamrock stamps.  This green is Mint Sprint by Sally Hansen. Not really St. Patty's day green at all.  I didn't care for it. I had to take it off after a day.

China Glaze Lemon Fizz for the flower centers.

Ocean Blue French Tips

This blue is more like a blue green and very metallic-ish.  I didn't love it.

Simple, yet one of my favorites that I do quite often.   I love that it goes with everything.

Konad Blue

I saw this on Pinterest from Daily Something blog.  I didn't have the Essie blue that she used. I really liked it but couldn't find it at my local places, so I used what I had at home.   Essie Mezmerised as blue base and Sally Hansen InstaDri  Mint Sprint for green stamp.  Konad plate S6.

I had some trouble getting a clear and complete image print.

Copy Cat Pink

I saw this on Pinterest here and really liked it. And it's quick and easy.  No special tools needed.  Everyone has several shades of pink on hand.  I used Milani Paradise Pink as the base, NK Bubble Gum as the middle shade, and NYC Fuchsia Shock Cream as the darkest top corner.
